About this agreement
These Terms & Conditions form a binding contract between the player ("you") and IntellogixSoft B.V. ("Memo Casino", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Curacao and operating under a Curacao eGaming master licence. By registering, depositing, claiming a bonus or placing a wager you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you accept this User Agreement in full, and that gambling is legal in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting.

Know-Your-Customer (KYC)
Memo Casino must verify each player's identity before processing significant withdrawals or whenever a security flag is raised. Documents are uploaded through the cashier or sent to the verification team. Files are held under the operator's privacy policy.

Bonus terms & wagering
Each promotion has its own conditions, but the headline rules below apply by default. Slots contribute 100% to wagering; live dealer and table games contribute partially or not at all. Bets exceeding the max-bet cap while a bonus is active may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Bonus abuse, multi-account play and irregular betting patterns (such as low-risk hedging on table games) entitle Memo Casino to void winnings and close the account.
Payments & withdrawals
Deposits are credited instantly. Withdrawals follow a "closed-loop" rule: funds return to the same payment method that was used to deposit, up to that amount. Excess winnings are paid by an alternative method approved by the finance team. Memo Casino may charge processing fees on certain methods and reserves the right to reject suspicious or third-party transactions.
Pending withdrawals can be reversed by the player while in the queue. Once the cashier has finalised a payout it cannot be recalled. Conversion between currencies uses the rate provided by the payment processor at the moment of the transaction.
Restricted countries
Memo Casino does not accept registrations or wagers from the territories below. Attempts to bypass the geo-block via VPN, proxy or false declaration violate the User Agreement and may lead to account closure plus confiscation of funds. The status column reflects the operator's published terms.

- Chargebacks initiated without first attempting resolution through support.
Random Number Generators are independently certified, and game logs are retained for audit purposes. Memo Casino may freeze accounts pending investigation if any of the above patterns is detected.
Complaints & dispute resolution
Disputes are handled in stages. Try the support team first — most issues are payment, KYC or bonus-rule clarifications and resolve within hours. Escalate only if the formal reply does not address the problem.

Dormant accounts & closure
An account that has not been logged into for an extended period (the published terms reference 24 to 36 months) is classed as dormant. The operator may charge a monthly inactivity fee against the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero. Players who plan to step away should withdraw remaining funds first or set a recurring login reminder.
You can close your account at any time through customer support. Self-exclusion is also available on request, but please remember it is a casino-level exclusion only — it does not propagate to GAMSTOP or any UK exclusion register.
Changes to these terms
Memo Casino may revise this User Agreement to reflect product changes, regulatory updates or security improvements. Material amendments are notified through the website or by email; continued use of the account after notice constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and request a withdrawal of any remaining balance. Existing wagers and unresolved bonuses are settled under the version of the terms in force at the time the wager was placed.
